东菱克栓酶治疗急性脑梗死的效果

摘　　要：目的评价东菱克栓酶治疗急性脑梗死的效果。②方法对４８例发病３ｄ内的脑梗死病人使用东菱克栓酶进行治疗，并予以临床评分及检测Ｄ－二聚体、血液流变学、血小板计数和出、凝血时间。③结果用药后临床症状明显改善（Ｒ＝０．６７９，Ｐ＜０．０１）；Ｄ－二聚体明显升高（ｔ＝３．３６，Ｐ＜０．０１）；血液流变学各项指标均有明显变化（ｔ＝４．１６８～１７．７７４，Ｐ＜０．０１）；而血小板计数和出、凝血时间无变化（Ｆ＝０．４１８～０．７９０，Ｐ＞０．０５）。④结论东菱克栓酶对急性脑梗死有较大的治疗价值。Objective\ To evaluate the therapeutic effect of batroxobin (DF 521) in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.\ Methods\ 48 patients with acute cerebral infarction (<3d) were treated with batroxobin, the content of plasma D dimer, hemorrheology, platelets, bleeding time (BT) and clotting time (CT) were measured, moreover, the clinical score of neurological damage were made before and after the treatment.\ Results\ The clinical symptoms and signs of patients were greatly improved after treatment with batroxobin ( =0.679, P <0.01). D dimer was significantly increased ( t=3.36,P <0.01), all the parameters of hemorrheology were decreased significantly ( t=4.168-17.774,P <0.01), platelets count, BT and CT did not change obviously ( F=0.418-0.790,P >0.05 ).\ Conclusion\ Batroxobin had great value in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
