摘 要:绩效评价是现代企业研究的核心问题之一,它得出的结果能够反映出企业在一定经营期间内的经营效益,绩效评价结果的分析能够指出企业在经营活动中需要提高的薄弱环节。本文根据现有的国有资本金绩效评价体系,结合航天企业民品公司绩效评价体系构建的实例,针对需要进行绩效评价的特定企业,提出了构建适用于特定企业的绩效评价指标体系过程及实际评价方法,指出了特定企业应用国有资本金绩效评价体系进行企业绩效评价的难点与问题。Performance evaluation is one of the core issues that the modern enterprises study.The results of performance evaluation can reflect the operational efficiency of one company in a certain management period.The analysis of the performance evaluation results can point out the weak links which need to be enhanced in the operative activities of the corporation.According to the state-owned capital performance evaluation system,the example of building the performance evaluation system for the civilian products aerospace companies,and the specific enterprise which needs performance evaluation,the paper proposes the process of building the performance evaluation index system for the specific enterprise and the actual evaluation methods,and points out the difficulties and problems of the specific enterprise using the state-owned capital performance evaluation system to evaluate its own performance.
