我国省域饭店业经营绩效时空演化研究

摘　　要：基于1994-2008年中国大陆各省市区星级饭店统计数据,采用层次分析法和综合指数法,分析各省市饭店业经营绩效时空演变特征和形成机理,认为宏观经济环境、旅游业发展以及企业规模等因素与饭店业经营绩效正相关,但在影响程度上表现出不同的显著性和区域差异性;危机事件与饭店经营绩效主要呈负相关,但又表现出影响时效的短暂性和范围的局地性。Using analytic hierarchy process and synthetic index method,this paper investigats the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of operating performance of star-rated hospitality industry at provincial level in China,and the impacts of economy,tourism growth and critical events on it are also analyzed quantitatively based on related statistical data from 1994 to 2008.It turns out that macro economic environment,tourism development and enterprise scale are positively related to hotel operating performance of star-rated hospitality industry with different significance and regional differences;and the crisis events are found to have a negative impact on the operating performance,although the negative impact seems to be transient and bounded.
