阿斯匹林对胃癌细胞株SGC—7901的体外细胞毒作用

摘　　要：近年研究表明非甾体类抗炎药物对某些肿瘤具有抑制作用。本文采用噻唑蓝体外细胞毒试验（MTT），观察阿斯匹林对人胃癌细胞株SGC－7901的生长抑制作用。结果表明：阿斯匹林对SGC－7901生长有明显的抑制作用，其抑制率与阿斯匹林浓度和作用时间呈正相关性（r分别为0．8873和0．8256，P值均小于0．001）。小剂量阿斯匹林联合5－Fu作用于SGC－7901，其生长抑制率有明显提高。结论：阿斯匹林具有抑制人胃癌细胞株SGC－7901生长的作用，与5－Fu联用效果更佳。The inhibitory effects of aspirin on the growth of human gastric cancer ce1l lines SGC - 7901were studied byusing MTT assay in vitro. The results showed that the growth of SGC-7901 was greatly inhibited by31.25mmol/L aspirin. The inhibitory rates for growth of SGC-7901 were positively correlated with theconcentration (r=0.8873 ) and duration (r=0.8256 ) of aspirin in the media. The combination of aspirin in lowconcentration with 5-Fluororacil (5-Fu) showed a synergistic inhibitory effect on the growth of SGC-7901.Inconclusion,aspirin inhibited the growth of human gastric cancer cell lines SGC-7901 and had betterinhibitory effects when combined with 5-Fu.
