系统论视角下联盟组织间知识共享效率的影响因素与对策

摘　　要：按照系统论的观点,联盟组织知识共享系统由知识共享主体、知识共享客体与联盟内部环境三方面要素组成。这三项要素之间相互联系、相互影响,共同支撑与制约组织间的知识共享。要使联盟成员积极参与知识共享并取得良好成效,需要合理安排联盟成员合作的战略架构,建立良好的联盟伙伴关系,并进行跨组织知识培训,提升成员组织的组织学习能力与协作水平。According to system theory,the knowledge sharing system among alliances consists of three elements： sharing subject,sharing object and the knowledge-sharing environment within the union.These three elements are interrelated,mutual influenced and commonly support and constraint the knowledge sharing.In order to stimulate the league members to participate actively in knowledge sharing and achieve good performances,the alliance should be designed with a rational strategic structure to establish a good relationship between the partners,and the inter-organizational knowledge training should be conducted to enhance the members′ organizational learning ability and the level of cooperation.
