摘　　要：目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达在胃癌发生、发展及转移中的作用。方法应用流式细胞术检测54例胃癌标本中MMP-9的表达。结果 MMP-9在胃癌组织中的表达量明显高于正常胃黏膜组织,在不同分化程度、不同浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移的胃癌组织之间MMP-9表达均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中MMP-9高表达,MMP-9在胃癌发展中起重要作用。Objective It is to approach the influence of the MMP-9 expression in pathogenesis,development and metastasis of primary gastric carcinoma.Methods The expression of MMP-9 protein in primary gastric carcinoma tissues obtained from 54 patients who underwent radical resection was detected by flow cytometry.Results Comparisons of the primary tumors with gastric carcinoma and normal tissues showed that there was a significant upregulation of MMP-9 in neoplasm.Moreover,the expression of MMP-9 was associated with differentiation,infiltration degree,lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.Conclusion There is significant upregulation in the gastric carcinoma.The expression of MMP-9 may play an important role in gastric carcinoma.
