Vanadium Extraction from Carbonaceous Shale by Microwave Pretreatment and Impurity Removal from its Leaching Solution

摘  要:以河南某地石煤(即含钒页岩)矿石为原料,经微波预处理后进行硫酸浸出,然后对浸出液进行除杂处理。结果表明,石煤经微波预处理20 min,钒的浸出率可高达85%,比未预处理时提高近15%。用氨水将浸出液pH值调节至2.0,除铝率可达82.31%;浸出液按理论量的1.2倍加入MgCl2时,除硅率可达84.55%。Carbonaceous shale from Henan Province was leached with sulfuric acid after pretreated with microwave,and then impurity removal from the leaching solution was carried out.The results show that the leaching rate of vanadium is up to 85% and increases by nearly 15% when carbonaceous shale is heated with microwave for 20 min.The aluminum removing rate can reach 82.31% by adjusting the leaching solution pH to 2.0.The silicon removing rate can reach 84.55% by adding 1.2 times theoretical amount MgCl2 into the leaching solution.
