摘　　要：提出生态资本概念并根据生态系统的不同能量参数来设置生态系统的弹性指标。引进平衡计分卡来构建生态资本治理结构,将各种生态系统弹性指标按照一定因果关系设置在平衡计分卡中,在遵循生态系统的自然规律、循环经济规律下实践生态资本治理,实现生态资本的价值——生态系统良性动态平衡和人与自然的和谐。This paper proposes the concept of ecological capital and sets the resilience indicators of ecosystem in accordance with different energy parameters of ecosystem.It introduces balanced score card to establish governance structure of ecological capital,placing various resilience indicators of ecosystem in the card according to causality,and aiming to practise ecological capital governance and realize value of ecological capital by natural law of ecosystem and law of recycling economy,i.e.healthy and dynamic balance of ecosystem and harmony between human and nature.
