摘　　要：当今社会已经呈现大学生就业难、蒙语授课大学生就业更难的严峻社会就业形势。本文以内蒙古民族大学蒙语授课大学生为个案,进行了问卷调查和访谈,了解和掌握了蒙语授课大学生就业意向和高校学生就业工作中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议。In today＇s society,college students are confronted with great difficulties in seeking for a job.Employment situation is even more difficult and severe for students taught in the Mogolian language.In this article,the authors study some individual cases of students taught in Mongolian language in Inner Mongolia University for the Nationalities by means of questionnaires and interviews, and come to an understanding of the issue of job expectations of college students taught in the Mongolian language as well as problems existing in students employment works of higher learning institutions.The authors also give their advices and propose some countermeasures.
