摘  要:采用仪器分析和现代物理模拟方法,对BⅢ聚表剂的微观分子结构、黏度特性、乳化性、界面张力及驱油效率进行了研究,并与普通中分聚合物进行了对比。结果表明:BⅢ聚表剂分子具有独特的“网状”结构,分子线团尺寸远大于中分聚合物,使其具有更好的液流转向能力;BⅢ聚表剂溶液存在一个临界浓度值,类似于表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度,低于该浓度值时溶液黏度与中分聚合物相当,反之溶液黏度增幅明显变大;BⅢ聚表剂在溶剂水矿化度升高1倍的情况下,黏度保留率能达到90%,表现出较好的抗盐性;BⅢ聚表剂与中分聚合物相比,具有较强的乳化性,而且当浓度超过1200mg/L时,界面张力能达到10^-3mN/m数量级;相同实验条件下,BⅢ聚表剂溶液的驱油效率始终高于中分聚合物溶液,证实聚表剂驱油能力优于普通聚合物。Applying apparatus analysis and modern physical simulation method, the molecular microstructure, viscosity properties, emulsibility, interracial tension and oil displacement efficiency of B m polymer surfactant are rsearched and compared to ordinary moderate molecular weight polymer. The result shows that BⅢ polymer surfactant molecular possesses a unique "network" structure, molecular coil dimensions is greatly bigger than moderate molecular weight polymer, so the BⅢ polymer surfactant molecular has an better fluid diversion capacity. BⅢpolymer surfactant solution has a critical concentration value, which is similar to the critical mieelle concentration of surfactant. Under the critical concentration, the viscosity of BⅢ polymer surfactant solution is the same with moderate molecular weight polymer, while over the critical concentration the viscosity increases remarkably. BⅢ polymer surfaetant presents good salt resistance, with viscosity retention rate as high as 90% when the solution salinity doubles.BⅢ polymer surfactant has relatively stronger emulsibility than moderate molecular weight polymer, with interfacial tension of 10^-1 mN/m magnitude when the concentration is over 1 200 mg/L. With the same experiment conditions, the oil displacement efficiency of BIII polymer surfactant is always higher than the moderate molecular weight polymer solution, showing that polymer surfactant has better displacement capacity than ordinary polymer.
