乳腺恶性叶状肿瘤20例临床分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨乳腺恶性叶状肿瘤的临床特点、治疗及预后。[方法]对我院在2000年1月-2007年1月收治的20例乳腺恶性叶状肿瘤临床资料进行回顾性分析。[结果]20例患者均选择手术治疗,象限切除6例,乳房单纯切除14例。全组共4例发生局部复发,局部复发率20,无远处转移。[结论]手术治疗是乳腺恶性叶状肿瘤主要治疗方式,确诊以术后石蜡病检结果为准。因患者术后局部复发率较高,且有一定的远处转移几率,故术后需密切随访。该病整体预后较好。[Objective]To explore the clinical characteristics of malignant phyllodes tumor of breast and analyze the treatment and prognosis.[Methods]From Jan.2000 to Jan.2007,20 patients with malignant phyllodes tumor of breast that were admitted in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.[Results]All of 20 patients were operated：6 patients underwent quadrantectomy,and 14 patients underwent mastectomy.The local recurrent rates were 20%,and no metastasis was occurred.[Conclusion]All patients were treated by operation.Malignant phyllodes tumor of breast was often confirmed by the postoperative pathological examination.Because of high local recurrent rate and low distant metastatic rate,it needs to be regularly followed up.The prognosis was relatively good.
