摘　　要：素质教育是中国乃至世界教育改革与发展的主流。本文将深入研究和充分发掘高校体育在大学生素质教育的特殊意义和作用,探索如何深入而有效地在高校体育中实施素质教育的途径、方法和手段,为我国各级各类学校全面实施素质教育提供理论和实践依据。Quality education play the main role in the reform and development of Chinese Education or the world＇s education.The essay,from the point view of the quality educationimprovement,survey and research the idea,the target,the content and the style of physical education in university.Through it wecan explore the theory and think about it;we also can probe its role and approach to quality education.Further more,we can provide the reference for the education reform.
