摘　　要：通过研究硅烷偶联剂表面处理氢氧化铝填料对界面及其力学性能等方面的影响,为覆铜板产品配方设计提供借鉴。This paper provided guidance for the design of copper clad laminate, the effect of the aluminum hydroxide treated by silane coupling agent, and studied the resin on the mechanical properties of CCL and the interfacial properties between filler＆ epoxy resin.
