摘　　要：介绍了阳极电泳涂料中有机溶剂的气相色谱分析方法。选用大口径ZB-624毛细管柱为分离柱,FID为检测器,内标法进行定量,并对该方法的精密度、准确度进行了讨论;通过对试验条件的优化,采用内标法定量,建立了一种快速、准确的分析方法,试验证明该方法准确可靠,简单易行。The procedure to test the solvent content in bath composition of anodic electrophoresis paint by gas chromatography was introduced.A wide bore ZB-624 column was chosen for separation with FID detector and the internal method was used for quantitative analysis.The precision and accuracy were investigated.A rapid and accurate analysis method was established based on the optimized experimental conditions and enclosed scale quantification.The test results showed that the method was reliable and simple.
