摘 要:设计、研制了进行微量、快速、精确试剂分配的压电叠堆泵,研究了压电叠堆泵的结构及工作原理,利用解析法和有限元仿真分析法对泵膜、位移放大机构的静态、动态特性进行了分析和研究,并研究了关键参数对泵性能的影响。对样机进行实验研究,研究了压电叠堆泵的输出流量、压力分别同加载电压及频率的关系,并测试了压电叠堆泵和试剂泵的输出流量的重复精度和精度。实验结果表明,该文研制的压电叠堆泵能满足微量、快速、精确的试剂分配的要求。A piezoelectric-stack pump prototype was designed and manufactured to realize high-precision,microscale and automation dispensing of reagents.The structure and working process of the piezoelectric-stack pump were discussed.The key components to the pump's function for non-contact micro-reagents dispensing were analyzed in theory and simulation with finite element analysis software both statically as well as dynamically.The output characteristics of the piezoelectric-stack pump were studied.The precision and repeating precision for piezoelectric-stack pump and reagents dispensing were tested respectively.Experiment result showed that the piezoelectric-stack pump could meet the requirements of fast micro-reagents dispensing with accuracy.
