学习变量说对公安“大教育、大培训”的启示

摘　　要：为了提高公安民警教育培训的质量,借鉴布卢姆的研究成果----学习变量说,详细分析了受训民警的认知前提能力,讨论了树立正确的学习态度和动机的方法,建立了科学评价体系,对公安民警培训模式的建立,具有重要的借鉴意义。In order to improve the quality of police training,prerequisite of cognitive capability is analyzed in great detail by using of Bloom＇s study——Variable Learning Theory.Then the correct method about leaning attitude and motivation is discussed,and then scientific evaluation system is put forward.The above results have an important reference for us to build police training model.
