摘　　要：《史记》在结构上发凡起例,以史家的深厚智慧将本纪、表、书、世家、列传五种体例有机地整合起来,形成一个完整精密的语言生命体,并凸显了位置因素的功能性意义。"互见法"实现了彰显与隐讳的变奏,达到了褒美和实录的双重目的。"太史公曰"反映了正统意识形态与个人话语之间的纠结,体现了撰述者意识的自觉与史官传统的退色。Shi Ji （Historical Records） is somewhat creative in the structure. The author used the profound wisdom to integrate the five styles of Benji, Biao, Shu, Shijia, and Liezhuan and made them compose three - dimensional creation of a rich life and great sense of structure, revealed the functional significance of the loca- tion factors. ＂Cross - reference＂ realized highlight and cancellation variations, to achieve the dual purposes of magnification and record. ＂Tai Shi Gong says＂ reflected entanglement between orthodox ideas and personal discourse, and embodied the consciousness of compilation and the fading of historian tradition.
