摘　　要：目的:了解儿科护理人员的心理健康状况与应对方式的关系。方法:对60名儿科护理人员应用症状自评量表和医学应对方式问卷进行调查。结果:儿科护理人员心理健康状况与常模比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),儿科护理人员心理健康状况与应对方式之间存在一定相关性。结论:应重视对儿科护理人员的心理干预,经常采取积极有效的应对方式缓解儿科护理人员的心理压力。Objective：To investigate the relationship between coping style and mental health status with pediatric nurses.Methods：60 pediatric nurses were tested with Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire（MCMQ）,Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）.Results：Mental health status of pediatric nurses compared with the norm,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.There were correlation between mental health status and coping style of pediatric nurses.Conclusion：The psychological intervention in pediatric nurses should pay attention and take positive and effective way of alleviating the pediatric nurses with psychological pressure.
