高职护理教育应重视加强护患沟通能力的培养

摘　　要：护理教育是我国高职教育的重要组成部分。护患沟通是护理服务中最基本的技能,但目前我国护患沟通现状不容乐观。为适应新时代发展的护理需求,高职护理教育应从培养护生建立良好护患沟通的基本理念、增设护患沟通教育的相关课程并重视实际能力的培养、掌握护患沟通的方法和技巧等方面对护生进行沟通能力的培养。The nursing education is important constituent in our country quality education.Protects the trouble communication is nurses in the service the most basic skill,but present our country protects the trouble communication present situation to be unoptimistic.In order to adapt the new times development nursing demand,the quality nursing education should from cultivate the maintenance to live the establishment to protect the trouble communication good the basic idea,the addition protects the trouble communication education the related curriculum and takes the virtual rating the raise,grasping protects trouble aspects and so on communication method and skill,the enhancement protects the trouble communication ability the raise.
