摘　　要：目的:了解精神科护士心理健康状况。方法:应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和疲劳量表-14(FS-14)对精神科临床护士103名进行测评。结果:精神科临床护士SCL-90各因子分均高于国内常模;躯体化、人际关系敏感、焦虑和敌对4项因子两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);精神科值夜班护士SCL-90各因子分均较白班护士高,且FS-14总分高于白班护士,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:精神科护士存在一定的心理健康问题,尤以值夜班护士严重,应引起管理者的高度重视。Objective：To know the situation of nurse′s mental health in psychiatric.Methods：Symptom Checklist（SCL-90） and the Fatigue Scale-14（FS-14） of 103 psychiatric nurses for clinical evaluation.Results：SCL-90 psychiatric nurses,factor scores were higher than the national norm;somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety and hostility,four factors were significantly different（P0.05）,psychiatric nurses,night shift down the SCL-90 factor points higher than day shift nurses,and the FS-14 score higher than the day shift nurses,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：There is a certain psychiatric nurse mental health problems,especially down by the night nurse to serious.
