摘　　要：通过问卷调查和无结构化访谈,结合金陵科技学院旅游管理专业学生的实习体验及其对实习成效的评价等,分析了学生校外实习成效及影响实习成效的因素,以期为学校制定学生校外实习计划,实习内容,实习基地的选择提供参考.研究表明,旅游管理专业学生在实习单位的选择中,愿意去酒店实习的人数较多;学生对实习单位的选择最看重的是实习单位是否适合自己的职业发展、兴趣与价值;学生认为校外实习对自己最大的帮助是增加正向工作经验,加强沟通应对能力;性别和实习时段对选择实习单位和实习成效有显著影响;实习单位的用人观与实习制度对学生的影响较实习单位的规模影响较大.This paper, through questionnaires and non- structural interviews combined with the practice of tourist majors and the effectiveness of practice, analyzes the effectiveness of students＇off - campus practice experience and the factors that affect the effectiveness of practice with a view to offer references for the college to make off- campus practice plan, decide practice content and practice places. The result shows that students in the internship choices, most of them are willing to practice in hotels. They attach more importance to whether the units are suitable for their career development, interests and values so as to increase their own positive experience and strengthen their communication and response capacity. Training period as well as gender has significant effects on both the effectiveness of training and unit choice. The outlook of employment and training system influence more to students than the scale of the unit in which they have their practice.
