摘 要:提出了修正的板科拉深性能评价指标TLDR=f(R,n,σs,t,F,μ,rd,rp),即与工艺条件相关的极限拉深比(TechnologicaLimitingDrawingratio),其表达式与LDR类似,TLDR=D/d。但TLDR把工艺参数也作为变量,这一概念的提出与其值的确定将为实际生产提供真正意义上的指导。由于同时包含了工艺参数与板料的基本机械性能参数,TLDR的理论分析更为烦琐。在前人研究的基础上,导出了TLDR的理论计算公式,该公式可用于TLDR的直接计算,计算结果与实际吻合较好,具有一定工程实用价值。A modified criterion is proposed in this paper, namely, the Technological Limiting Drawing Ratio.Compared with the traditional LDR, it has similar expression. However, in the case of TLDR, technological parameters are treated as variables. Due to its many variables, including both mechanical performances of blank and technological parameters, the theoretical analysis on the TLDR has become more complex. Based on the studies of other scholars on the LDR, a new and simple formula is derived to predict the TLDR in this paper. The formula can be used to predict TLDR, the predicted results show good agreements with reality.
