中西医结合治疗胃“癌前病变”的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗胃"癌前病"的方法及疗效。方法对确诊而又不适宜手术知情同意病例随机分为西医、中医、中西医结合3组进行治疗,观察其疗效。结果三年随访中西医结合组治疗三年生存率88·46%,优于其他2组。结论中西医结合治疗胃"癌前病变"随防三年,疗效满意,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the method and effect of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of precancerous lesions for stomach.Methods The patients not suitable for surgery were divided into Western medicine,Chinese medicine and TCM treatment groups.The effect was evaluated.Results The patients were follow up 3 years,the survival rate was 88.46% in TCM treatment group,and the survival rate was better than the other two groups.Conclusion The TCM treatment of precancerous lesions for stomach is follow up 3 years,the general results is satisfactory.It is worth popularizing.
