摘　　要：目的探讨食管癌的CT诊断和术前分期评价。方法回顾性分析36例经手术及病理确诊的食管癌患者CT资料,并进行CT分期,与手术及病理结果对照,总结食管癌的术前CT诊断和分期经验。结果本组36例螺旋CT扫描病灶的检出率100%,CT分期准确率88·9%。结论螺旋CT扫描对于食管癌的病灶发现和肿块侵润范围、侵犯周围脏器情况、术前分期的评估等具有较高的符合率和临床价值,可以作为食管癌治疗前的常规检查。Objective The purpose is to discuss CT diagnosis of esophageal carcinoma and preoperative staging evaluation Methods The CT information of 36 patients with operatively and pathologically confirmed esophageal carcinoma was retrospectively analyzed,underwent CT staging and compared with operation and pathology results,and the preoperative CT diagnosis and staging experience of esophageal carcinoma were summarized Results The detection rate of focus in the 36 patients of this group by spiral CT scan was 100%,CT staging accuracy was 88.9% Conclusion The spiral CT scan includes higher accordance rate and clinical value for finding the focus of esophageal carcinoma and evaluating tumor bump infiltration scope,condition of organs around invasion and preoperative staging evaluation,etc,and could be used for routine examination prior to the treatment of esophageal carcinoma.
