摘　　要：目的探讨腹部术后功能性胃排空障碍的病因、发生机制、诊断和治疗方法。方法对30例腹部术后胃排空障碍的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 29例患者经保守治疗后10-50d恢复胃动力,痊愈出院;1例患者死亡。结论腹部术后功能性胃排空障碍的病因是多因素的,明确诊断是关键,采取非手术疗法可治愈本病,应尽量避免再次手术,电针治疗值得进一步推广。【Objective】 To investigate the etiology,mechanism,diagnosis and treatment of functional delayed gastric emptying（FDGE）.【Methods】 Thirty patients with FDGE treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.【Results】 Twenty-nine patients recovered in 10-50 days with non-operational treatment and one patient died.【Conclusion】 FDGE is caused by multiple factors.Clear diagnosis is key.It can be cured by non-operational treatment.Re-operation should be avoided.Electroacupuncture is the effective method for FDGE.
