摘　　要：目的研究环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在正常乳腺组织、乳腺良性疾病和乳腺癌组织中的表达及其相关性。方法用免疫组化方法检测10例正常乳腺组织、45例乳腺良性疾病和90例乳腺癌中COX-2和bFGF的表达,并分析其与乳腺癌的临床病理特征的相关性。结果 Cox-2和bFGF在良性乳腺疾病及与乳腺癌组织中的表达相比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。Cox-2和bFGF的表达都与乳腺癌淋巴结转移和TNM病理分期显著相关(P<0.05)。结论 Cox-2在乳腺癌中的表达明显高于正常乳腺和良性乳腺疾病。bFGF在乳腺癌中的表达高于良性乳腺疾病。COX-2和bFGF可能在乳腺癌的发生、生长和转移中起重要作用,COX-2和bFGF可能起协同作用。Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxgenase-2 （COX-2） and basic fibroblast growth factor （bFGF） in normal breast epithelia, benign breast disease, and breast cancer and explore their correlation. Methods Normal breast epithelia （n = 10） , benign breast disease （n =45） and breast cancer （n =90） were analyzed for COX-2 and bFGF expressions by immunohistoehemistry technique. Results The expressions of COX-2 and bFGF were signifi- cantly different between benign breast disease and breast cancer （P 〈 0.05 ）. COX-2 and bFGF expressions were significantly correlated with TNM stage and lymph mode metastasis （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The expression of COX- 2 in breast cancer are higher than in normal breast epithelia and benign breast disease. The expression of bFGF in breast cancer is higher than in benign breast disease. COX-2 and bFGF probably play important roles in the tumorigenesis, development, and metastasis of breast cancer in a synergie manner.
