摘　　要：科学界定医患关系和谐的内涵,认为其主要涉及医疗机构和患者这两个利益主体。在此基础上,从影响因素和结果表现两个维度建立医患关系和谐度评价指标体系,并运用灰色模糊理论构建医患关系和谐度评价模型。实例分析结果表明,该评价体系具有较强的可行性和实用性。This paper scientifically defines the connotation of harmonious relationship between doctors and patients and thinks that it mainly refers to medical institution and patients. Based on this, it establishes an evaluation index system for the harmony degree of relationship between doctors and patients from its factors and results. It also constructs a model for evaluating the harmony degree of relationship between doctors and patients with grey-fuzzy theory. Example analysis shows that the evaluation system is of strong feasibility and practicability.
