摘 要:为分析细胞生长的表面材质和细胞因子等不同刺激因素对人乳腺癌细胞二维迁移的影响,保证实验的可重复性,使用新型的Oris细胞迁移分析技术分析了Ⅰ型胶原、Matrigd和TNF-α等因素作用下运用动特征的变化,实验结果表明Ⅰ型胶原能够促进MDA-MB-231细胞和MCF-7细胞的迁移,而Matrigel对细胞迁移无明显影响。同时实验证明TNF-α对MDA-MB-231细胞的迁移有明显的促进作用。上述研究结果表明表面材质和细胞因子等刺激因素均能够影响乳腺癌细胞的迁移特性。实验同时表明Oris技术稳定可靠操作简便,具有良好的应用前景。To analyze the influences of diverse stimulation factors,such as surface materials and cytokines,upon the 2-dimension migration of the human breast cancer cells,in order to ensure the repeatability of experiments, the new Oris technology for cell migration analysis was employed.The results demostrated that collagen I facilitated the migration of MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 cells,but Matrigel had no obvious effects.Meanwhile,MDA-MB-231 cells moved faster under the stimulation of TNF-α.It is conclused that stimulation factors such as surface materials and cytokines can change the migration features of breast cancer cells.The Oris technology turns out to be reliable and convenient,and has a promising prospect.
