摘　　要：从图书馆核心竞争力的概念、内涵入手,提出西部新建综合性本科院校图书馆核心竞争力构成要素;分析提升西部新建综合性本科院校图书馆核心竞争力的制约因素;提出构建西部新建综合性本科院校图书馆核心竞争力体系的有效途径和方法。From the concept and connotation of library＇s core competence,this paper put forward the constituent elements of core competence of western area new-established comprehensive university library,analyzed the constraints of promoting this core competence,proposed the effective ways and methods to build the core competence system of western new-established comprehensive university library.
