摘　　要：近年来,随着信息技术在俄罗斯的迅猛发展和广泛应用,俄罗斯信息化建设成效显著。本文介绍俄罗斯信息化建设的进程,在重点分析和总结俄罗斯信息化建设基本经验的基础上,结合我国信息化建设过程中存在的问题和不足,提出我国在信息化建设过程中要加强战略规划的制定,不断完善信息化法律法规,重视信息安全等意见和建议。In recent years,with the fast development and wide use of science information in Russia,the information construction of Russia is fantastic.This article introduced the process of the information construction of Russia,it focused on putting for the proposal that China stress the strategic planning in process of the information construction,improving laws and regulations,paying more attention to information safety on the bases of the experience of Russia.
