摘 要:目的 测量距下关节的接触面积和压力分布,并了解它们的临床意义。方法 在600 N负荷下,中立位时对10 具新鲜尸体距下关节进行加载,利用压敏片通过微机计算,研究距下关节接触特征。结果 距下关节接触面积为(2-00±0-11) cm 2 ,后关节面的接触面积明显大于前中关节面(P< 0-01)。平均接触压力为(1-89±0-14)×10 3 kPa,压力主要集中于后关节面的前外侧部分。距下关节传递负荷总计为(389-16±28-75) N, 前中关节面与后关节面之间的差异有显著性意义(P<0-01)。结论距下关节后关节面在承重上起了重要作用。Objective To determine the contact area and the distribution of the pressure in the subtalar joint, and to understand their clinical significance Methods On neutral position and under a 600 N load, the contact characteristics of the subtalar joint in ten lower legs were studied by means of pressure sensitive film and the calculation of the computer Results The contact area in the subtalar joint was (2 00±0 11) cm 2 The contact area of the posterior articulation was significant larger than that of the anterior and medial articulation (P< 0 01) The average contact pressure was (1 89±0 14)×10 3 kPa, which mainly concentrated on the anterior lateral site of the posterior articulation The total load transmitted by the subtalar joint was (389 16±28 75) N The load transmitted by the posterior articulation was significantly different from that of the anterior and medial articulation (P< 0 01) Conclusion The posterior articulation plays an important role in the load The fracture line of the calcaneus of ten appears in this area
