摘  要:目的:探讨Chk1/2、Plk1、PCNA等指标在上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达及意义。方法:运用免疫组化S-P法检测上述指标在10例良性、10例交界性及40例恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达。结果:Chk1/2、Plk1及PCNA在良性、交界性及恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中均有表达,表达量呈上升趋势且存在显著性差异;在恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中,Plk1阳性表达在不同分化程度上均有显著性差异;Chk1阳性表达在级与级间,Chk2在级与级、级与级间存在显著性差异;PCNA在不同分化程度恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤细胞中的阳性表达差异无显著性;Chk1、Chk2、Plk1的阳性表达与患者的年龄、是否转移无关,与组织病理学类型有关,PCNA的阳性表达与患者的年龄、组织病理学类型以及是否转移均无关。结论:Chk1/2、Plk1及PCNA在上皮性卵巢肿瘤的发生、发展过程中起到了一定的作用。Objective:To discuss the effects,regulations and correlations of Chk1/2、Plk1 and PCNA in benign、borderlined and malignant epithelial tumor ofovary.Methods:By using immunohistochemistry(S-P method),the expressions of Chk1/2、Plk1 and PCNA were examined in 10 cases benign、10 cases borderlined and 40 cases malignant ovarian tumor tissues.Results:①There were widespread expressions of Chk1/2、Plk1 and PCNA in benign、borderlined and malignant epithelial tumor of ovary.The expression quantity rose with lower differentiation and showed significant difference.②In malignant epithelial tumor of ovary,the expression of Plk1 showed significant difference in different differentiation degree.The significant difference was also among class Ⅰ and class Ⅲ for Chk1,class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ for Chk2,and class Ⅰ and class Ⅲ for Chk2,respectively.There was no significant difference for expression of PCNA in different differentiation degree of malignant epithelial tumor of ovary.③The expression of Chk1、Chk2 and Plk1 in malignant group had no relationship to do with age and metastasis,but was relevant with pathological types while PCNA had nothing to do with age,metastasis and pathological types.Conclusion: This finding suggests that Chk1/2、Plk1 and PCNA may play important roles in genesis and development of epithelial tumor of ovary.
