近视患者LASEK和LASIK暗视下眩光失能值比较的临床研究

摘  要:目的:比较近视患者准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术和准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术术后暗视下眩光失能值的差异,从而来评价两种术式的视觉质量。方法:对2010年2月20日至2010年7月20日行准分子激光近视矫正术的患者31人(共62眼),屈光度小于等于-6.0D,手术方式经医师介绍后由患者决定。术前、术后一月、术后三月,在暗视下进行对比敏感度、眩光敏感度检查,然后计算得出眩光失能值。结果:LASEK和LASIK两组患者,手术前后对比敏感度、眩光敏感度、眩光失能值均存在差异性。术后一月时两组患者在暗视下均出现眩光敏感度下降,其中LASIK组在空间频率18c/deg处和24c/deg处与术前相比有统计学意义,眩光失能值两组在空间频率18c/deg处和24c/deg处也有统计学差异(p<0.05),在术后3个月时两者的眩光失能值在空间频率24c/deg处有统计学差异(p<0.05)。结论:术后早期暗视下眩光失能值,LASEK组优于LASIK组,说明LASEK组比LASIK组有更好的视觉质量。Objective:To compare glare disability of myopic patients after laser in situ keratomileusis and laser epithelial kemtomileusis under mesopic conditions Methods:31 patients (62eyes) under LASIK or LASEK surgery for myopia, including 13 patients (26 eyes) for LASEK and 18 patients (36 eyes) for LASIK.The Contrast Sensitivity and Glare Sensitivity were tested before surgery one month and three months after surgery.then calculate the value of Glare Disability.Results:Under glare conditions, pre and post 1.3 month ,the difference of Contrast Sensitivity, Glare Sensitivity and Glare Disability on LASEK and LAS1K exeisted.afier one month of surgery, the Contrast Sensitivity of both group corned down,the group of LASIK declined mostly in space frequency 18c/deg and 24c/deg, the Glare Disability decreased in the same space frequency.but The Contrast Sensitivity, Glare Sensitivity and Glare Disability of the both groups restored to the normal range after 3 months, but the both group still have significant dift'erence in space frequency 24c/deg. Conelusion:LASEK has better visual quality results than LASIK on the Glare Disability under mesopic conditions.
