摘　　要：目的:观察130例胃肠功能障碍患者的临床资料,探讨胃肠功能障碍的病因、早期诊断及防治措施。方法:对收治的130例胃肠功能障碍患者的临床诊治资料进行分析。结果:胃肠功能障碍常继发于严重创伤、烧烫伤、休克、感染等,临床上以腹胀、肠鸣音减弱或消失、呕吐为诊断依据。结论:对于有高危因素的患者要高度警惕胃肠功能障碍的发生,及时发现、早期干预,以控制病情进展,降低死亡率。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of 130 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction. Probe into the pathogeny, diagnoses and therapy of gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods：Analyse the datum of 130 patients with complication of gastrointestinal dysfunction. Results：Gastrointestinal dysfunction was the secondary affection of wound, scald, shock and infection. According windy, intestinal trouble and retch as diagnosis. Conclusion：Pay more attention to the patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction in order to discover and intervene early, so that we can control the evolution and reduce death rate.
