单用托吡酯治疗小儿癫痫有效性与安全性分析(附107例分析)

摘　　要：目的:探讨单用托吡酯治疗小儿癫痫的有效性和安全性。方法:107例患者,单用托吡酯口服滴定法治疗,对所有患者比较各种不同类型小儿癫痫控制情况、不同时间段的治疗效果以及用药后的不良反应进行分析。结果:总有效率部分性发作>L-G综合征>West综合征>全身性发作>失神发作,完全控制比率L-G综合征>部分性发作>West综合征>全身性发作>失神发作,各时间段总有效率差异无统计学意义,不良反应发生6例,分别为体重不增、食欲不振、体重下降、嗜睡、语言障碍、头晕各1例。结论:托吡酯治疗小儿癫痫口服吸收迅速,能较快达到有效治疗剂量,治疗效果明显,不良反应较少。Objective：To investigate the single-treatment of topiramate＇s efficacy and safety of children with epilepsy.Methods：107 cases,single-use oral titration of topiramate,compared to all patients with different types of epilepsy control the situation,different time periods of treatment and adverse reactions after treatment were analyzed.Results：The total effective partial seizures〉LG Syndrome〉West Syndrome〉generalized seizures〉absence seizures,complete control of the ratio LG syndrome〉section of seizures〉West Syndrome〉generalized seizures〉absence seizures,There was no significant difference in efficiency of the total of all time,six eases of adverse events were weight gain,loss of appetite,weight loss,lethargy, language barriers,dizziness in 1 ease.Conelusion：Topiramate treatment of children with epilepsy rapid oral absorption,can rapidly achieve an effective therapeutic dose,the treatment effect is obvious it can less adverse reactions.
