PTEN在早期宫颈鳞癌淋巴结转移中的作用及与Survivin的相关性

摘　　要：目的:探讨早期宫颈鳞癌组织中PTEN和survivin的表达与淋巴结转移的关系。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测45例宫颈上皮内瘤变、45例无腹膜后淋巴结转移宫颈鳞癌、35例有腹膜后淋巴结转移宫颈鳞癌3组组织中PTEN和Survivin的阳性表达水平。结果:PTEN在宫颈上皮内瘤变、无腹膜后淋巴结转移宫颈鳞癌、有腹膜后淋巴结转移宫颈鳞癌组织中表达的平均光密度值(A)分别为:0.346±0.038、0.226±0.029、0.159±0.041,PTEN的表达递减(P<0.05)。Survivin在三组组织中的平均光密度值(A)分别为:0.163±0.017、0.247±0.018、0.336±0.051,Survivin的表达递增(P<0.05)。结论:PTEN表达下调,Survivin表达上调,二者的表达呈负相关性,与宫颈鳞癌的淋巴结转移行为密切相关。Objective： To explore the expressions of PTEN and Survivin in early cervical squamous cell carcinoma and their relationship with lymph node metastasis. Methods： Immunohistochemieal SP method was used to detect the positive expression rates of PTEN and Survivin in 45 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （ CIN）, 45 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma without retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis and 35 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma with retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis. Results： The average optical density values of PTEN in CIN, cervical squamous cell carcinoma without retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis and cervical squamous cell carcinoma with retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis were （0. 346 ± 0. 038 ）, （0. 226± 0. 029） and （0. 159± 0. 041 ）, respectively, the expression rate of PTEN decreased gradually （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The average optical density values of Survivin in CIN, cervical squamous cell carcinoma without retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis and cervical squamous cell carcinoma with retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis were （0. 163±0. 017）, （0. 247±0. 018） and （0. 336±0. 051 ）, respectively, the expression rate of Survivin increased gradually （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion： Down - regulation of PTEN and up - regulation of Survivin are found in the patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma, there is a negative correlation between PTEN expression and Survivin expression, which is closely related to lymph node metastasis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
