摘　　要：目的：研制替硝唑明胶海绵剂，观察其预防干槽症发生的效果。方法：建立该海绵剂的质量控制方法228例拔牙患者置该海绵剂于拔牙创窝内，观察预防效果结果：制备工艺简便，质量可靠；28例拔牙患者无一例发生干槽症．结论：该海绵剂制备工艺可行，能有效地预防干槽症的发生。To prepare the tinidazole foam-rubber with gelatin and observe the effec1s on pecvention of dry socket.METHODS: TO estabilish a quality control method fOr the foam-rubber of gelatin, 28 cases of suffer put the foam-rubber m wound at-ter tooth extraction, and were observed. RESULTS: The quality is reliable, no one in 28 patients used the foam-rubbber was Sufferedfrom dry socket. CONCLUSIONS: The Preparation of can be used for prevention of the dry, socket.
