陕西省农村剩余劳动力的转移和城市化研究

摘　　要：伴随着人口的增长及外来人口的流动,陕西的农村剩余劳动力转移问题变得更加突出,而曾经潜在的矛盾也渐渐浮出水面,给陕西的城市化也带来了很多负面的影响。本文对陕西农村剩余劳动力转移和城市化的现状及存在问题进行了研究和探讨,通过调查和分析,提出了改善陕西农村剩余劳动力转移和城市化状况的可行性建议。Along with the increase of population and flow of floating population,the problem on surplus rural labor transfer became more prominent,and the once potential contradictions also gradually surfaced,which brought a lot of negative effects to urbanization of Shanxi Province.In this paper,the present status and existing problems of surplus rural labor transfer and urbanization were studied and then the feasible proposals for improving the surplus rural labor transfer and urbanization of Shanxi Province were put forward based on the survey and analysis.
