针药结合治疗脂肪性肝病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针药结合治疗脂肪性肝病的临床疗效。方法将158例患者随机分为治疗组80例和对照组78例,治疗组采用自拟祛脂三味方结合针灸治疗,对照组予易善复治疗。两组均3个月为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察患者临床症状、血脂、血糖、肝脾CT比值、体质量指数(BM I)的变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为90.0%、82.1%,组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后各主要临床症状均有改善(P<0.05),而对照组无明显变化(P>0.05);组间治疗后比较,各主要临床症状差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血脂指标均有改善(P<0.05),血糖治疗前后差异无统计学意义;组间治疗后比较,血脂、血糖差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后肝脾CT比值、BM I较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论祛脂三味方结合针灸治疗脂肪性肝病取效良好。Objective To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture and herbs in the treatment of fatty liver disease.Methods One hundred and fifty-eight cases were randomized into two groups： 80 cases in the treatment group were treated with ＂Quzhi Sanwei Decoction＂ and acupuncture,and control group in which 78 cases in control group were treated with Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules,with a course of six months.The clinical symptoms and signs,blood lipid,blood glucose,liver-spleen ratio and BMI were observed in two groups.Results The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 82.1% in the control group,with a difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs were improved in the treatment group（P〈0.05）,and improved little in the control group（P〉0.05）,with more significant improvement in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.The blood lipid was reduced in the two groups（P〈0.05）,while the blood glucose reduced little（P〉0.05）;There was no significant difference in the blood lipid and blood glucose between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The liver-spleen ratio and BMI were improved after treatment in the two groups（P〈0.05）,with significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined ＂Quzhi Sanwei Decoction＂ and acupuncture has positive effects on fatty liver disease.
