摘　　要：对虾白斑综合征病毒(White spot syndrome virus,WSSV)是一种对对虾养殖业造成巨大威胁的病毒,目前并没有有效治愈该病毒病的方法。论文将WSSV-VP24与WSSV-VP26的部分序列克隆至表达载体pBAD/gⅢA中,构建重组载体pBAD/gⅢA-VP24、pBAD/gⅢA-VP26,并转化入大肠埃希菌Top10感受态细胞中。L-阿拉伯糖诱导重组体,Western blot分析表明VP24和VP26获得表达,采用Co2+亲和层析纯化目的蛋白并制备多克隆抗体。ELISA分析表明VP24和VP26多抗效价均为1∶800。White spot syndrome virus（WSSV） is a major pathogen and threatens the shrimp aquaculture for decades.Unfortunately,there is no particularly effective treatment to such a disease at present.WSSV-VP24 and WSSV-VP26 gene sequences were ligated to the expression vector pBAD/gⅢA to constitute recombinants pBAD/gⅢA-VP24 and pBAD/gⅢA-VP26,then were transformed into E.coli Top10,and induced by L-arabinose.VP24 and VP26 were confirmed by Western blot analysis.rVP24 and rVP26 were purified using Co^2＋ affinity chromatography.Titers of VP24 and VP26 polyclonal antibodies reached 1∶800.
