摘 要:针对少齿差行星减速传动构成的结构特点、传动原理,以及混凝土抹光机对减速装置的要求,证明将少齿差减速器应用于抹光机优于现有蜗杆机构。对少齿差减速器进行了运动学分析、效率分析以及强度计算,同时考虑传动及结构等因素,与传统抹光机减速装置进行对比,结果表明,无论是从原理上还是适用度上,少齿差行星减速器都有一定优势。On the basis of structural characteristics, drive principle of the small tooth number difference planetary gearing, and the cement concrete finisher' requirements for the deceleration devices, it was proved that the small tooth number difference planetary-gear has the advantage of the worm-gear in this field. The movement and efficiency were analyzed with the structural characteristics, drive principle was taken into account, not only the principle, but also the applicable, the reducer with small tooth number difference planetary gear has its advantages. It laid a theoretical foundation for new application to the cement concrete finisher.
