摘  要:该文借用组织工程的思想和原理解释了组织损伤修复问题。在界定了企业组织工程及相关理论内涵的基础上,详细描述了企业组织工程的作用机制,并提出企业组织工程包括组织认同和组织修复两个理论维度,其中组织识别、组织排异、组织自愈、组织反馈和组织他愈是企业组织工程实施的五个特征因子。这五个方面决定了组织具有损伤修复能力,说明企业组织工程实施行为的存在。The paper uses the ideas and principles of tissue engineering to explain problems of the restoration of tissue impairment. Based on defining enterprise tissue engineering and the meaning of related theories, the paper describes in detail the acting mechanism of enterprise tissue engineering and proposes that enterprise tissue engineering includes two theoretical dimensions: tissue identity and tissue restoration and among which tissue identification, tissue elimination of outsiders, tissue self-healing, feedback, and tissue other-healing are the five feature factors of enterprises tissue engineering implementation. These five aspects determine the ability of tissues to heal their own impairment, and indicate the existence of the action of enterprises tissue enterprising implementation.
