阿立哌唑口腔崩解片与利培酮口腔崩解片治疗康复期精神分裂症患者对照研究

摘　　要：目的:比较阿立哌唑口腔崩解片与利培酮口腔崩解片治疗康复期精神分裂症患者的临床疗效及其安全性。方法:将120例康复期精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌唑组与利培酮组,疗程12周,采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)及治疗中出现的症状不良反应量表(TESS)、不良事件记录表、健康状况问卷(SF-36)评定疗效及不良反应。结果:两组治疗后PANSS评分均显著下降,两组间在疗效评定、不良反应等比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:阿立哌唑口腔崩解片与利培酮口腔崩解片治疗康复期精神分裂症患者的疗效相仿,起效都较快,不良反应较少,它们都是安全有效的抗精神病药。Objective：To compare the clinical efficacy and safety between Aripiprazole and Risperidal of orally disintegrating tabletsin the treatment on recovery of schizophrenic patients.Methods：120 patients with recovery of schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into two groups,Aripiprazole group and Risperidal group for 12 weeks.Positive and negative symptom scale（PANSS）,treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS）,CRF and short form 36 health survey questionnaire（SF-36） were used to evaluate the efficacy or safety.Results： The total scores of PANSS obviously decreased in both groups and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment（P〉0.05）.Conclusions： Aripiprazole and Risperidal of orally disintegrating tablets is a safe and effective antipsychotic drug,in the treatment on recovery of schizophrenic patients.
