摘  要:目的:探讨无抽搐电休克对认知功能及内分泌激素的影响。方法:在MECT治疗前后,完成事件相关电位(P300)和内分泌激素水平,比较治疗前后患者P300和内分泌激素的差异。结果:P2、N2、P3波幅在所有患者治疗前后的差异均有统计学意义。仅有T3在所有受试者中治疗后显著低于治疗前。结论:MECT能在某种程度上改善患者注意、思维、判断以及言语整合的能力且对内分泌激素影响不大。Objective:To explore the influence of Modified Electroconvulsive Therapy(MECT) on cognition and Endocrine Hormone Levels(EHL).Methods:Fifteen patients with schizophrenia or major depression were recruited in the current study.The P300 and EHL were examined in all subjects before treatment and after a 2-week treatment with MECT in those patients.Results: The wave amplitudes of P2,N2,P3 was significantly higher in posttreatment group than that of pretreatment.There was only T3 that was significant lower in posttreatment group than that of pretreatment.Conclusions: MECT can improve patient attention,thinking,judgments,and the ability to integrate speech and has little impact on the EHL of patient.
