摘　　要：目的:了解海洛因滥用者HIV感染情况及其相关性。方法:对本科住院的88名感染HIV的海洛因依赖者进行横断面调查,对其一般人口学资料和药物滥用情况进行分析。结果:在被感染者中男性占89.77%,女性占10.23%;平均年龄为(33.21±6.01)岁,25～40岁年龄段占到了92.05%;未婚者占52.27%;无业人员占52.27%;初中和小学文化程度占86.37%;汉族81.82%;初次吸毒年龄为(22.7±6.08)岁,其中25岁以下者占68.20%;吸毒年限(10.51±3.72)岁;全部有海洛因滥用静脉注射史和性混乱行为;环境、毒友诱惑和心理因素是造成复吸的主要原因。结论:海洛因依赖者合并感染HIV人群中以汉族、男性、未婚、无业、文化程度低者为主。初次使用年龄低。加强对吸毒人群特别是注射毒品者进行教育和行为干预,改变吸毒者的认知及行为方式,拒绝共用注射器,拒绝性乱行为是预防HIV感染的行之有效的措施。Objective：To understand the heroin abusers HIV infection situation and its relevance.Methods：Section 88 of the HIV-infected heroin addicts to carry out cross-sectional survey of its general demographic information and analysis of drug abuse.Results： In by the infected person in the male accounts for 89.77%,the female accounts for 10.23%;The age was 33.21a±s6.01a,25-40a accounts for 92.05%;Unmarried accounts for 52.27%;The unemployed people account for 52.27%;The junior middle school and the elementary school years of schooling account for 86.37%;Han Nationality 81.82%;First taking drugs age for 22.7a±s6.08a,below 25a accounts for 68.20%;Taking drugs age limit 10.51 a±s3.72a;Has the heroin to abuse intravenous injection and sexual completely the chaotic behavior;The environment,the poisonous friend enticement and the psychological factor are the primary causes which creates duplicate attracts.Conclusions： The heroin relier merges infects in the HIV crowd by the Han Nationality,the male,unmarried,jobless,years of schooling low primarily.The primary use age is low.Strengthens to takes drugs the crowd is specially injects the narcotics to carry on the education and the behavior intervention,changes drug addict’s cognition and the behavior way,refuses to use in common the injector,the rejection chaotic behavior is prevents the HIV infection the effective measure.
