摘 要:为提高《动物寄生虫病学》的实验教学效果,更好地培养学生动手和思考问题的能力,该文通过病原人工感染致病性实验,探讨综合性、设计性实验在《动物寄生虫病学》实验教学改革中的应用.结果表明:通过设计鸡球虫实验性感染人工复制鸡球虫病后,采用预防用药和治疗用药2种用药方式对该病的防治比较实验,使学生深刻地认识到防治畜禽寄生虫病应采取预防性用药而不是发病后再用药治疗.达到了锻炼学生实验动手能力、数据处理能力、分析和解决问题的综合能力的目的.To improve the teaching quality of Veterinary Parasitosis experiments and train the students' skills,a tentative research on comprehensive and designing experiments in the Veterinary Parasitosis experiment teaching by the artificial infection test was conducted.The results indicated that by the comparison of experiments of drug treatment and prevention of medicine against Eimeria tenella of the artifical reproduction chicken coccidiosis,the students were deeply understanding that the controlling animal parasitosis should be used prevention of medicine to diseases rather than drug treatment to diseases,and the students' comprehensive abilities of practical exercises,data processing,analysis and solving problems in experiments were also improved.
