摘　　要：2010年我国稻谷供给总体增加,粳稻供给略有减少;稻米消费基本稳定,粳米消费增长较快;稻谷整体上供大于需,但粳稻供给紧张的矛盾比较突出;稻米价格全面上升,粳稻米价格涨幅较大;国家调控措施出台较多,政策对稻米市场走势产生了较大影响。展望2011年稻米市场,稻谷整体上仍然产大于消,由于粳稻增产较多,粳稻米供给紧张的矛盾将有所缓和,但"稻强米弱"和"粳紧籼多"的矛盾仍会存在;影响稻米市场价格上升和下跌的因素都有,形势较往年复杂,相互作用的结果将使全年价格整体呈小幅上升走势,国家政策调控仍将成为影响全年稻米市场价格走势的重要因素。In 2010, the supply of rice grain was increased generally, and the supply of japonica rice was decreased slightly. The consumption of rice was stable and the consumption of japonica rice was increased quickly. The price of rice and japonica rice was considerably raised. National policies significantly affected the rice market. In 2011, the rice production is still greater than the rice consumption. Although the yield of japonica rice is hoped to increase, the conflicts of ＂rice grain in advantage against unhusked rice in disadvantage＂ and ＂more japonica rice against less indica rice＂ still exist. The factors that affect the rice price in 2011 are more complex than past years. All factors make rice price increase slightly. Meanwhile national policies will still be main factors that influence the price trends of rice market in the whole year.
