摘　　要：目的探讨凋亡抑制蛋白Livin在结直肠癌、结直肠腺瘤及正常结直肠黏膜中的表达差异及意义。方法应用实时荧光定量法检测Livin mRNA在64例结直肠癌、36例结直肠腺瘤及12例正常黏膜中的表达,并用REST-XLC软件作基因表达的相对定量统计学分析。结果 Livin mRNA的表达量在正常结肠黏膜组织、结直肠腺瘤组织及结直肠癌组织中依次增高,结直肠癌与结直肠腺瘤及正常结直肠黏膜相比较,Livin mRNA的表达上调且差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。与正常黏膜相比,结直肠腺瘤中Livin mRNA表达上调,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.19)。结论凋亡抑制蛋白Livin参与了大肠肿瘤的发生,且在大肠腺瘤-腺癌阶段起到了重要作用。Objective To compared the difference of Livin mRNA expression among colorectal adenocarcinoma, colorectal adenoma and normal mucosa, to further investigate the potential role of Livin in carcinogenesis. Methods The expressions of Livin mRNA were determined by real-time RT-PCR in tissues of 12 colorectal normal mucosa, 36 colorectal adenomas and 64 colorectal carcinomas. Date were evaluated by relative expression software tool （REST-XL■）. Results The expression of Livin mRNA elevated in turn by colorectal normal mucosa, adenoma and adenocarcinoma. The expression of Livin mRNA in colorectal carcinomas was significantly higher than that in adenomas, as well as significantly higher than that in normal mucosa （P= 0.001）, while the diffence between adenoma and normal mucosa was not significant （P=0.19）. Conclusions The difference in expression of Livin between adenoma and adenocarcinoma indicates that Livin might play an important role in carcinogenesis of colorectal cancer.
