摘 要:目的探讨乳腺癌患者乳腺组织中癌周淋巴管密度(LVD)与同侧腋淋巴结转移数量及转移水平的关系。方法收集本院2009年6月至2010年6月接受乳腺癌改良根治术的浸润性乳腺癌95例,免疫组织化学法检测乳腺癌癌灶周边组织微淋巴管,计数LVD,分析其与同侧乳腺癌腋淋巴结转移的相关关系。结果 95例乳腺癌癌周组织LVD与腋淋巴结转移数量呈正相关(r=0.856),与腋淋巴结转移水平亦有显著相关性(r=0.664)。结论乳腺癌组织中癌周淋巴管密度与乳腺癌的淋巴结转移数目及淋巴结转移水平密切相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between lymphatic vessel density (LVD) and number and level of axillary lymph node metastasis in the invasion breast cancer. Methods A total of 95 case of invasion breast cancer in our hospital were collected from June 2009 to June 2010. Specimen of the peripheral region of tumor in breast cancer and stain lymphatic vessel in them with D2-40 monoclonal antibody was obtained, their LVD and relationship between lymphatic vessel density and homonymy axillary lymph node metastasis were calculated and Analyzed. Results There was a positive correlation between the LVD in the pe- ripheral region of breast cancer and the number and the level of axillary lymphatic nodes infiltrated by tumor cells (r=0.856, 0.664 respectively). Conclusion The LVD in the peripheral region of breast cancer is correlated with the number and level of axillary lymphatic nodes infiltrated by tumor cells.
