虚拟微语境差异与机构话语的语用策略运用

摘　　要：面对面交流中,机构话语的语用策略运用比较稳定,然而在虚拟语境下却发生了变化。其中,交互轮次的显著差异构成了两种不同氛围的微环境。本文以医患对话中患者首轮咨询使用的语用策略为研究对象,采用定量分析的手段对比了八种策略在不同微环境中的使用差异。结果显示三种积极礼貌策略和两种消极礼貌策略呈现出显著差异,而另外两种消极礼貌策略和一种非礼貌语用策略则没有达到显著性水平。以上结论为进一步开展虚拟语境定量话语分析提供了借鉴。The pragmatic strategies used in institutional talk are quite consistent in face-to-face communication,but changing in the virtual context.Two different micro-contexts are formed with the number of turns as an indicator.This article,targeting at the pragmatic strategy use in patient＇s first inquiry,compares eight strategies in different micro-contexts with a quantitative method.The results show that the number of three positive politeness strategies and two negative politeness strategies in two situations demonstrate significant difference,while two other negative strategies and one impolite pragmatic strategy do not reach significant level.Such results provide guidelines for quantitative discourse analysis in virtual context and function as a reminder for generalizing the research results.
